To harness the brand love Seed had created on campus to ensure Spotify remained the number one destination for music.
Continuing to create unforgettable moments and reward students for choosing Spotify, we stormed onto campuses with our real-life snow-covered igloo with a DJ playing the hottest tunes. Students were able to add their name to the Spotify Guestlist offering them the chance to win VIP tickets to Snowboxx. Every student who entered the experience left with a unique Spotify beanie hat.
Following on from the success, we launched the Spotify Guestlist in Canada too.
In March, we flew 44 students from the UK and Canada to the French Alps for the ultimate VIP Snowboxx experience, climaxing in a private igloo gig with Snakehips.
Over a third of all UK students are now subscribed to Spotify Student Premium, with Spotify leading in awareness for music streaming and usage compared to all other paid for brands.
86% of students say they like/love Spotify, proving a rise in brand appreciation and love.
